  • About the event

    Dear Partnership Team,

We are currently producing an original jazz big band concert , Zhengtao Pan Jazz Orchestra With Chris Potter & Rufus Reid, at Carnegie Hall this October 10th. This project is featuring the Zhengtao Pan Jazz Orchestra includes Grammy® Award-winning artist Steven Feifke. This milestone performance will feature world-renowned guest artists Chris Potter (multi-Grammy® nominee) and Rufus Reid (Grammy® Award-winner) in collaboration with the New York-based label Outside In Music. This year Zhengtao has multiple new works coming out including a new album earlier, which its a classical collaboration with Budapest Scoring Orchestra.
This production represents a significant cultural milestone, debuting original compositions on one of the world’s most prestigious stages. We are currently navigating the complex financial landscape required to bring a world-class ensemble to Carnegie Hall and are seeking select corporate partners who align with our commitment to artistic excellence and New York’s cultural legacy.

While we understand that direct corporate funding may not always be available, we are eager to explore alternative support and in-kind partnerships. Our primary needs for this high-profile event include:

    • Artist Accommodations (Primary Focus): Room blocks or lodging for featured guest artists and key ensemble members during the performance week.
    • Reception & Hospitality: A venue or catering support for a post-concert reception or VIP after-party for international patrons and performers.
    • Brand Visibility: Opportunities to cross-promote this event to a high-profile audience of arts enthusiasts and industry leaders.

In exchange for your support, we offer high-level brand recognition within our Carnegie Hall program, album production, digital promotion across all platforms, and access to VIP hospitality during the event. We are also pleased to offer future complimentary ensemble performances for your organization’s private events or showcases as a gesture of our long-term appreciation.

We are very flexible and would value any professional insight on how we might best collaborate to create a meaningful partnership. We have attached a project deck for your review and are available to discuss these details at your convenience.

Thank you for your time and for your support of the performing arts in New York.

    Best regards,

    Yuhui Song & Zhengtao Pan

    Why should you sponsor?

    VENUE & PLATFORM

Carnegie Hall is one of the most recognizable performance

platforms in the world. Presenting original works here not

only signifies that the project meets a high bar for artistic

quality and execution standards, but also inherently

provides it with greater reach and credibility.

    ORIGINAL CONTENT

This project centers on original works, emphasizing

independent creation and a personal musical

language rather than simply reproducing existing

repertoire. This distinctiveness makes the project a

unique candidate for sponsorship, positioned with

significant artistic depth and cultural resonance.

    COLLABORATIVE

eyond the live performance, the project extends

    across multiple dimensions—including posters,

videos, photography, media interviews, and social

media promotion—offering sponsors a wealth of

opportunities for sustained brand visibility and

    collaborative storytelling.

    CROSS-CULTURE STAGE

The project integrates diverse musical languages

    with personal creative experience, featuring

professional expression that is accessible on the

international stage while maintaining a distinct

personal and cultural identity. This makes it more

than just an artistic presentation—it also carries

    significant cultural exchange value. Furthermore,

this marks the first time a jazz big band from China

will perform on the stage of Carnegie Hall.

Zhengtao Pan continues to shape a distinctive voice across contemporary jazz,

    concert music, and media scoring.

He is the first Chinese artist to collaborate with these top international jazz

masters. These collaborations and commissions from them not only reflect his

professional recognition on the global stage but also mark a significant

breakthrough for a new generation of Chinese musicians in the fields of global

jazz recording and large-scale composition. Additionally, Snowman is the first

Chinese artist to sign with the New York-based label Outside In Music, which

represents several Grammy-winning artists, including Nicole Zuraitis, Dan

Pugach, Steven Feifke, and Remy Le Boeuf.

In the digital sphere, he is active on Bilibili, where he releases Vocaloid and

virtual singer projects that have accumulated over 1 million views. He also

founded the online education platform "Snowman Composition Workshop,

    "

which has helped over 70 students systematically improve their composition and

creative skills. Under the mentorship of prominent musicians such as Steven

Feifke, Miho Hazama, and Gabriela Ortiz, Snowman continues to expand and

shape his international sound, establishing a unique and distinct creative

language that bridges contemporary jazz, concert works, and media scoring.
