2026 Back 2 School Community Fair,

About the event

Drew CDC’s Annual Back 2 School Community Resource Fair is a free event open to all families in the South Los Angeles community. We aim to provide over 800 students with essential school supplies, including backpacks filled with school materials, as well as new shoes to help them start the school year with confidence. In addition, we’ll offer free haircuts, health screenings, vaccinations, library cards, and other community resources. This event is designed to support students and families facing financial challenges, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for a successful school year.

Since 1987, Drew CDC's community-based programs have provided a variety of essential services to the underserved and culturally diverse families in our community. Drew CDC currently helps over 20,000 children and families every year.
